Aims of the School
The aim of SEE (Oldham) is to provide a current, broad and suitable curriculum experience for all our learners, enabling them to become engaged citizens in their communities and to have the resilience, skills and knowledge to make informed post-16 education and future employment choices for themselves, thus enabling each learner to take their next steps into adulthood.

SEE (Oldham) is small for a reason; to ensure that our learners get the personalised, accessible education they deserve, help develop their resilience and gain suitable life-skills within a nurturing, caring, safe and supporting environment away from the demands and rigor of mainstream schooling.
Our learners are at the centre of SEE (Oldham)’s approach to all that we do; the broad curriculum we offer, the personalisation of the learning, the focused individual support within the classroom along with the dedicated pastoral support that goes along side. All aspects of our learners are considered when developing their education and support programme.

Headteacher's Message
Welcome to SEE Oldham. We are a small and nurturing SEMH school where every learner is valued, supported and encouraged to grow. Our mission is to help young people build confidence, resilience and real-life opportunities, no matter their starting point.
We offer a bespoke curriculum that blends core subjects with a strong vocational offer, allowing pupils to discover their strengths and develop meaningful skills for the future. Most importantly, we provide a safe, calm environment where relationships come first and every child is known as an individual.

What's happening at SEE...
CARING
Each learner is seen as the individual they are and everything we do is tailored to their resilience, development, progress and personal well-being.
NURTURING
In the small school environment, we help and guide our young learners to take pride in their accomplishments with staff that really care for them.
LEARNING
Each learner is guided and helped by experienced teachers and ably assisted by qualified Learning Support Assistants (LSA's). The personalised learning programme is as a level and pace that is appropriate for each learner.
